For that be possible the forum of the group Pennyclicks.info/forum will remain active with the objective of that the administration department will be able of watch the image inside of the topic (as is logic will exist a maximum size of image). Finally the Url that the user will must include in the content of the internal email will be the Url of the topic in where the image is.
